The Seeker Sauvignon Blanc
Not that I need an excuse to have my favorite cheese with a glass of wine, but since today is National Cheese Lovers Day, it is an absolute must! I am chilling a bottle of The Seeker Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand, which whit its white peach, lemony, and summer herb notes, pairs extremely well with the creamy and salty Bulgarian sheep’s milk feta and brings me back home – Nazdrave (cheers)!
ORIGIN
Marlborough, New Zealand
Grapes
Sauvignon Blanc
Tasting Notes
Aromas of citrus, stone fruit and freshly cut grass. This wine has a refreshing and vibrant palate with flavors of lime, grapefruit and sweet summer herbs leading to a long and juicy finish.
Food Match
Ideally suited to shellfish, salads, citrus-sauced dishes, ocean voyages and park blanket reconnaissance.
