To Filter or Not to Filter

One of the many decisions a winemaker must make is whether or not to filter the wine, and if so, what filtration method to use. Regardless of the way it’s done, the goal is to remove undesirable elements and produce a stable, clear liquid. That’s why your wine isn’t foggy.
