I’m very much a one-and-done person: watch a movie, read a book, make a recipe just once. There are too many of all the above to return to something I’ve already tasted or experienced. I do, however, repeat watch/read/cook if I LOVED it the first time around. So when I say I’ve had at least three bottles of Château d’Aqueria Tavel Rosé over the past year and a half, that means this bottle has earned a special spot on my Favorites on Repeat playlist. What’s so wonderful about it? I could go on about its full-bodied flavor, refreshing profile that lets it pair with anything—including nothing at all—or its delightful color…or I’ll just urge you to pick up a bottle and try it yourself! Go ahead: the Find This Wine Locally button below will show you where to find it.
Its deep aromatic complexity and very special balance are the hallmarks of a great wine. This wine features a robe that is a dazzling ruby color. Notes of spice open onto a cocktail of red and white fruit on the nose. On the palate, there is a gorgeous, generous mouth feel with a wide diversity of fruit and exceptional structure and balance that define this wine.
