In the Côte-d’Or of Burgundy, France, lies the village of Meursault. Its premier cru Les Genevriers is known for its wonderful Chardonnay with high minerality and acidity balanced by great ripeness. The soil plays a big part in creating this Chardonnay’s special combination of style.
