A good bottle of bubbly is essential for this sparkling celebration. We have rounded up some of our favorite sparklers that are sure to make your night brighter. 

Alta Vista Brut Blanc de Blancs ($19)

• Appellation: Mendoza, Argentina 

• Grapes: 100% Chardonnay 

• Tasting Notes: Bright golden in color with fine, elegant bubbles, this wine opens with aromas of white peach, pineapple, and fresh herbs. On the palate, it is beautifully balanced, with lively acidity and a clean, harmonious finish. 

Bouvet Ladubay Crémant de Loire ($22)

• Appellation: Loire Valley, France 

• Grapes: Chenin Blanc & Chardonnay 

• Tasting Notes: Gold in color with hints of amber and fine bubbles, this well-balanced and elegant sparkling wine has notes of toast, green apple, and lemon 

Caposaldo Prosecco DOC ($17)

• Appellation: Veneto, Italy 

• Grapes: 100% Glera (the grape formerly called Prosecco) 

• Tasting Notes: Bright with persistent bubbles, the wine has a fruity aroma of citrus, green apple and acacia blossoms. On the palate, the elegant, brut style wine has a pleasant acidity and freshness and a soft, round mouthfeel. 

Domaine Carneros Ultra Brut ($39)

• Grapes: 49% Estate-Grown Pinot Noir, 51% Estate-Grown Chardonnay

• Tasting Notes: A mélange of white flowers, apple, and lime zest on the nose leads to a beautifully balanced palate of maple, ginger, and a hint of jasmine. With a surprising mouthwatering complexity, this wine exhibits bright fruit flavors with crisp minerality and a generous effervescence

Michele Chiarlo Nivole Moscato d’Asti DOCG ($26)

• Appellation: Piedmont, Italy 

• Grapes: 100% Moscato 

• Tasting Notes: A brilliant straw yellow, this fragrant Moscato d’Asti has floral aromas with notes of peach and apricot. It is creamy with fine bubbles and a crisp finish. A sweet, lightly sparkling, vividly aromatic wine with only 5% alcohol.

Poema Cava Brut ($17)

• Appellation: Penedès, Spain 

• Grapes: 40% Macabeo, 40% Xarel-lo, 20% Parellada 

• Tasting Notes: Fresh, clean, citrus, mineral and Granny Smith apple aromas with toasted bread notes make this a great example of Cava. 

Taittinger Brut La Française ($76)

• Appellation: Champagne, France 

• Grapes: 40% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir, 25% Pinot Meunier 

• Tasting Notes: This wine has a subtle, pale gold color with fine, persistent bubbles. It is delicate, with aromas of peach, white flowers, vanilla pod, and brioche on the nose and flavors of fresh fruit and honey on the palate
