This Mark Collins Collins is a twist on the classic Tom Collins cocktail. Update the simple mix of gin, lemon juice, sugar, and carbonated water with a splash of AIX Rosé. Follow along or see below for the recipe, and cheers!

  • 2 oz. AIX Rosé
  • 1.5 oz. gin
  • 1 oz. simple syrup
  • 1 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 oz. club soda


Combine the AIX Rosé, gin, simple syrup, and fresh lemon juice in a stemless wine glass. Add a few cubes of ice, lemon peel, and top it off with about 2 oz. of club soda.
